INICO is a research Institute on Disability in the University of Salamanca

Our aim is specialized and quality research and training on disabilities.

Our aspiration is the full participation of people with disabilities in society.

Our goals involve the development of (a) state of the art research; (b) high level training; (c) interdisciplinary collaboration and (d) response to social, organizational, individual and family demands.

Our members are a broad group of university academics and professionals in the University of Salamanca and other Spanish universities, directed by Miguel Angel Verdugo, Professor of Disability Psychology in the University of Salamanca, is involved in this team.
